Griffin just learned how to give us real kisses (he used to just put his cheek up to our cheek when we asked for a kiss) ... we think it's pretty cute!

Griffin & Isaac's Day of Fun
Griffin and Isaac got to play all day together yesterday - they had so much fun!
They had tons of fun playing at the park together, and with all the running around they do, they run into each other quite a bit, but that just leads to more laughter!
All that running around and falling can be tiring!
Again, LOTS of running on the bridge!
Griffin thinks it's his job to move the fall leaves around ... they both spent lots of time carrying leaves around the park!
Which is a tough job, sometimes you just have to rest!
Those are some pretty cute little boys!
My little man with his leaves!
All that playing requires a nice snack together ... they decided to sit on the step to eat next to each other.
They held hands the whole way to the park, laughing together the whole time. When I put them back in the stroller for the trip home, Griffin insisted, "Hand, hand!" Until Isaac would hold his hand again.

Weekend Fun
We had a fun family weekend together!
Griffin loves to pretend like he's talking on the phone. Sometimes we'll catch him just walking around the house chatting on his phone. If you ask him who he's talking to, he'll name one of his friends from his class! It's pretty cute.
Griffin loves to climb ... he climbed up so high Josh had to climb up to get him!
On the climbing wall.
Smiling on his train ride at the zoo.
Griffin loves the train at the zoo!
Griffin can become quite studious at times when he's trying to figure something out. He loves playing with his wrench!

Sunflower Farms
We went to Sunflower Farms with a bunch of friends last weekend ...
Griffin checking out the pumpkins
He had fun trying to pull this wagon
Swinging on the tire swing
They had a huge tree house that Griffin loved to play in!
After tons of shouting and silly noises and dances to get the boys to all look in one direction for a picture, this is the best we could do! They were so entranced by the tractor!
The only time they all looked in one direction was when they were checking out their new friend Zoe, who is about 8 weeks old and adorable!
Griffin LOVED the tractor ... unfortunately he is quite studious about things he loves so it's hard to get a picture of him smiling, but trust us, he loved it!
He looked so small on the big John Deere tractor!
He thought the wheel was pretty cool ...
And yet another old tractor to play on
Our family
Checking out the horses - it took him awhile to warm up to the idea of petting him!
Feeding the goats with Daddy
They had a huge swing and he loved it!
Smiling on the swing
With the hundreds of things to do at the farm, he still had the most fun just running up an down the hill, as usual!
Swinging with his friend Cohen

Thinking Big
Griffin is always thinking big ... he refuses to eat in a booster seat but instead shouts, 'big chair' as he climbs into it. He also won't eat out of the plastic baby Gerber bowls or use toddler silverware anymore, but instead insists on a "big bowl" and "big spoon" at every meal. One morning he went even bigger and wanted to eat breakfast with the biggest spoon in the drawer, the ice cream sco0p!
Eating with an ice cream scope isn't easy. First you have to carefully place the food in the scoop.
Then you carefully lift it to your mouth!
