12.30.2010...Welcome Grace Madison Fudge

The newest addition to our Family, Grace Madison Fudge, came into the world at 2:36 pm. She weighed 5 pounds 12.5 ounces and measured 18 3/4 inches long.

One of the first photos taken after she was born.
Here's our LITTLE girl getting weighed.

Grace saying "Hi" the only way she knows how...open eyes and and pursed lips

Griffin got to meet Grace later on in the day. He had a lot of fun holding his little sister and letting us know she was wearing a hat. He was trying to mimic her "laughing" by sticking his tongue out like his sister.

Griffin was all smiles holding his little sister!

One bigger happy family!

Griffin's Sister is Almost Here!

We are getting induced today ...after monitoring this little one for about a month for concerns of her small size, we've decided to induce because there is low amniotic fluid and she isn't growing at the rate they'd like to see. Since we have some time to kill in the hospital, here are a few pictures of Griffin saying bye-bye before we were off to the hospital:

Christmas Morning

Christmas sure is fun through the eyes of a two-year-old!
Josh and Griffin at breakfast in the morning...
Griffin loved the cinnamon rolls we made ... he kept repeating, "happy, happy" as he was eating them!
It was very important to him to cut them himself. The phrase "Griffin do it" is CONSTANT.
Griffin has always been fascinated by Daddy's coffee ... we finally let him try a sip, hoping it would end the fascination ...
Josh taking advantage of Griffin being still in his lap for a moment!
A quick sip ...
He surprisingly liked it!

One of Griffin's favorite gifts this year was his fire truck and hat from Aunt Sue and Uncle Kenny.
A quick family shot on Christmas morning ... we promise Griffin had more fun than his face indicates here!

He looked adorable in his Christmas apron!
Griffin is obsessed with the mircrowave. He insists on mircrowaving everything, and he has to do it himself.
He loved the rolling pin!
And watching the mixer go was hilarious!
He loved the sprinkles ... our cookies were thoroughly covered in sprinkles!
Playing with the icing with mommy...
being silly!
It was pretty funny...
...and tasty!

As always, Griffin loved playing at the park!

Griffin was really into kissing the camera ... we're not sure why, but it was pretty cute!
All smiles!

Videos from Thanksgiving/Christmas

I thought I had lost a bunch of these videos, but I just found them so thought I'd share ... I know they aren't that interesting to most people, but at least the moments are properly archived! : )
Griffin's birthday party ... he loved blowing out the candles
The Beelens will be pleased to know their teachings of singing Happy Birthday in dutch is still a family tradition for us!
Griffin turned the hay bale into a slide (naturally)
Josh, Griffin, and Jordan in their fort ... Griffin and Jordan spent a ton of time in their fort and only invited those in that they wanted to play with at the moment. They loved singing happy birthday to each other with the birthday cake toy!
Griffin thought this decorative sleigh looked like a bulldozer ...
Here's a rare moment of them actually sharing ...
