Winter Park

We went up to Winter Park with friends for a ski trip, which turned into a fun weekend of hanging out instead of skiing in the puddles!

We lucked out - the house we rented was RIGHT ON the train track! So we saw multiple trains go by several times a day - the kids were in heaven! One even stopped for awhile right outside our house, so we ran up to take a look up close.

Grace loves Levi, who she calls, "baby," not realizing that she is also a baby herself : ) She had fun trying to play with him ... she would bring toys up to him and set them on him to see if he'd play. They're almost exactly one year apart, so it's fun to see the differences a year makes! In this picture she's learning the parts of his face - luckily, he's an easy-going guy : )

She also wanted to hold him and give him hugs - again, we're lucky he's an easy going baby!

The other thing that entertained the kids so much was this crazy cuckoo clock. They loved it and got so excited every hour it chimed!

Here they are patiently waiting at twenty minutes til the hour ...

It's great fun

And they were so surprised EVERY HOUR it went off!

Seriously, they loved it. It was a bit strange, but the parents were all thrilled to have them easily occupied : )

Griffin is getting really good at climbing things and did this several times - Grace has no concept of how small she is and wanted to do it too!

Grace loves Stella so much - we often find her huggin her throughout the day and I finally got it on camera!
