California!

Josh had a conference in Laguna Beach, CA so the kids and I decided to tag along!  

Our hotel was so fancy - we were thankful Oppenheimer footed the bill : )  Griffin and Grace were excited about the sparkling apple juice we got upon arrival, as well as cute little stuffed animals they gave too!

That night the kids and I enjoyed watching the sunset together

It was beautiful!

During the days we had fun playing in the sand at the beach ...

It was a little cold, so Grace actually snuggled with me a bit!

But she had plenty of fun running around too!

So excited about the beach!

...he spent hours driving his jet ski around the beach!

Our last night at the Montage before heading to Carlsbad ...

It was such a beautiful place!

The kids loved the sunset - Griffin even asked us to video tape it so he could always remember it!

We then traveled to Carlsbad, CA to go to Legoland:

The lego creations were really cool - they were amazed when they first walked in!

Grace driving - this is actually a little deceiving, as she wasn't technically old enough for this - we realized why they want them to be three once she got out there and couldn't drive the car!  Oh well, she still had fun!

The next day we went to Legoland's Aquarium

The next day we went to La Jolla, where you can see tons of seals

We went to see a cave called Sunny Jim

They had a gondola that went across the zoo, which was Griffin's favorite part
