Griffin's 3rd birthday was so much fun!
We started the day off making special green pancakes:
Griffin loves stirring in the food coloring
Practicing how to hold up three fingers ... it's not easy!
Our pancakes spelled out "G is 3!" ... (still practicing holding up three fingers)

Then we went to the zoo, where Griffin got a special birthday pin, a free ice cream cone, and a free ride on the carousel. It was 65 degrees and sunny, a perfect day for the zoo!

I tried to get all three of us in the frame, but this was the best I could do.
Then we rode the train at the zoo, which is Griffin's favorite!
Then Daddy came home with a balloon in tow ... Griffin was thrilled.
Next we met one of Griffin's best buddies, Isaac, for dinner and the boys had fun celebrating!

It's hard to believe that our little man is already three; he's growing up so fast!
