We had a blast trick-or-treating!
This is my attempt to get a picture of the kids with our pumpkins ...
...clearly they weren't in the mood to sit still!
Burning off some energy before trick-or-treating
Griffin was one lucky boy ... before trick-or-treating started, we heard a fire truck driving by, so Griffin and his friend ran outside to wave at it while it was stopped at the stop sign. They were so excited to be dressed up as a fireman and to see the fire truck at the same time ... then the firetruck turned the wrong way down the one way street by our house just to say hi to the boys! They were so excited!

They let them sit on the truck ... Griffin was pretty nervous (hence my promise to hold his hand) but they were so excited and Griffin still talks about it!

We actually had a 5th fire fighter that night - Griffin's Baby Cow had a fire fighter costume too : )
And Grace was a dalmatian...she loves dog and looks up to Griffin so much, so it was a good fit!

She also said, "more? more?" after every house ... she couldn't believe we got to do it over and over again!
Griffin loved trick-or-treating ... he has quite the sweet tooth so this is one of his favorite holidays! When we asked him to tell Grace what trick-or-treating was like, he said, "well Grace, you get lots of toothbrushes and candy when you say 'trick-or-treat.'"

We finally made it back home and Griffin was excited to see his jack-o-lantern all lit up!
